August 13, 2006. We woke up early the next day because we planned to hike to Sunrise Peak for sunrise... but we slept in. So we just stayed on Sinyang Beach where we camped for the night, and watch the sunrise there. We went to Sunrise Peak after.
We hiked along the beach for 1hr to the foot of the mountain. From the gate, it only took us 20mins to get to the peak. This mountain... or volcano I should call it, is tiny but with a lot of interesting rock formations and impressive views to adore.
After a hot 730am sun at the peak, we went back to the beach to beat the heat.
For our next stop, we went to Seogwipo City to stay at a minbak there for the night. Before calling it a day though, we first went to visit the Jeongbang Falls.
